Mildenhall Stadium
The Value for Money Stadium
Home to stockcar and banger racing, greyhound racing and the Mildenhall Fen Tiger speedway team

This week at Mildenhall Stadium (week ending April 24)

It’s a massive week of action and entertainment at Mildenhall Stadium this week with a double header of greyhound racing followed by a huge afternoon of full contact banger racing

Greyhound racing takes centre stage on Tuesday (April 19) night and also on Easter Sunday (April 24) afternoon at 7.30pm and 1pm respectively while on Good Friday (April 22) afternoon the stadium plays host to one of the biggest National Banger meetings of the season in Europe. The 1400cc Banger Suffolk Open Team Championship where up to 36 teams and 216 drivers are expected in action.

And because Mildenhall Stadium is known throughout the region as the Value for Money Stadium each event at the raceway this week offers a fabulous night out for the whole family at a very reasonable cost, a great way to have an evening out without breaking the bank.

So if you are looking for something different this week, something fun and something exciting for the whole family or for friends why not try Mildenhall Stadium.

Greyhound racing at Mildenhall Stadium offers families and friends of all ages a fantastic night out at a great price and you can enjoy the racing in great comfort, either from the concrete and covered terracing on one half of the stadium or from the licensed bar.

But one of the best ways to enjoy the greyhound racing at Mildenhall is from inside the Raceview Restaurant which overlooks the first turn of the raceway. And again great deals can be found here with a three course meal on Tuesday costing just £15.95 and better still this includes the price of admission and your race card.

And on Easter Sunday you can enjoy a two course carvary for just £10.95 a person which again includes the price of admission and race card. Places are limited so phone the stadium to book your spot soon.

If you don’t fancy the restaurant but do fancy the fantastic tastes on offer at the stadium then here’s an alternative, grab some fish and chips from the chip shop inside the stadium and enjoy them and the racing from the comforts of the Fenman bar which overlooks turn one. The Fenman bar also boasts the live action and replays on TV and the stadiums tote betting so you enjoy the whole night inside and in the warm.

Groups of friends, family or work colleagues are encouraged to take full advantage of the stadium’s Six Pack deal which is available at every meeting. The £10 a-head package (for groups of 10 or more) includes admission, a meal, a drink from the bar, discounted admission on a future visit and a bet on the dogs as well!

Stockcar and banger racing returns to the stadium on Good Friday, April 22 at 1pm with one of the biggest National Banger meetings of the season anywhere in Europe

Whopping 36 teams and up to 216 drivers are expected in action on Friday battling for the 1400cc Banger Suffolk Open Team Championship while the young stars of the short ovals will also be in action in the Ministox.

Once again this event comes at a low price for all with adult admission being £13 while a family of two adults and up to four children can enjoy the afternoon for just £30.

Following their thrilling victory in their first match of the season the Mildenhall Fen Tigers swing back into action on Sunday, May 8 when they take on the Belle Vue Colts in the National Speedway League. The action begins at 4.30pm.
